Pre Training Advice
On the day of the training, participants are requested to have a light and nutritious breakfast.
To avoid dehydration and associated symptoms, please keep yourself hydrated during and before the program.
Shoes are mandatory. An older pair will be more comfortable than a new one!
Participants are advised not to wear heels.
Expensive watches and jewelry may best be avoided.
Track pants/Joggers/old pair of jeans to be worn for comfort.
Please avoid wearing clothes with frills or hanging accessories.
Please do not carry sharp or heavy objects in your pockets or in person while we are outdoors.
If anyone is having any medical issues (past or present) please inform us before the training program commences.
Last but not the least, enjoy the journey.
